The room is on the first floor of an old house that has recently benn renovated. It has a wooden floor, high ceilings and a window to the yard. It is room nr. 2 on the floorplan.
In einer ruhigen Seitenstraße direkt beim Kottbusser Tor, Kreuzberg. Also beste Lage und sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung in alle Richtungen.

Located in a quiet street next to Kottbusser Tor and very close to the canal. Very good access to public transport.
Ich ziehe am 1.8. neu in die Wohnung und suche noch jemanden zur Zwischenmiete, bis ein Freund von mir am 1.9. einzieht. Deswegen kann ich nicht garantieren dass ich direkt ab 1.8. alle wichtigen Sachen wie Waschmaschine, Besteck, Töpfe etc. da habe, aber ich arbeite dran und innerhalb der nächsten Tage sollte alles da sein :) wenn du temporär irgendwas beisteuern kannst wär das top. Es gibt schon Internet, Herd, Spüle und ein Bett.
Ansonsten zu mir, ich bin 30 Jahre alt, mache gern Sport und geh am Wochenende gerne mit Freunden feiern...

I am moving into this appartment on August 1st and am looking for someone to sublet in August. A friend of mine is moving in on September 1st. Thats why some things like washing machine, fridge, cutlery and pots are still missing but I will get these in the first few days of August. There is internet, a stove, a sink and a bed.
About me: Im a 30 year old guy, like to do sports and party on the weekend with my friends...
