We're advertising a small yet cozy room in welcoming Kreuzberg-61. The room is in the middle of three rooms and has a loft bed. All other interior elements are up for negotiation, as well, as indicated on the pictures.
The room has a stellar parquet floor and very high ceilings (the building is over 100 years old, but has been renovated ever since).
You would need to buy the bed with an outstanding Emma One mattress, total price 550 Euro. Additional items might be taken over upon interest.
The location couldn't be more ideal. The flat is located in between Gleisdreieckpark and Mehringdamm and between Viktoriapark and Landwehrkanal. You will live deep in the heart of Kreuzberg-61.
You will live close to several U-Bahn stations, U1, U2, U3, U7 (Möckernbrücke, Mehringdamm), the closest S-Bahn stations are Yorckstraße and Anhalter Bahnhof.
Caveat: The street name exists twice in Berlin, please ensure that you look for the Kreuzberg one.
We're an Argentinian & a German-Chilean living together, looking for a third one to join us.
We're both working for quite some years now and we live our own lives.
There's an old-fashioned kitchen with recently replaced dishwasher. This serves as the living room, as well.
