Hallöchen, da ich mich gerade ins Auslandssemester aufgemacht habe und meine Nachmieterin erst Mitte September einzieht, vermiete ich mein Zimmer die ersten beiden Wochen im September unter. Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 qm groß und ist möbliert mit allem, was man braucht (Hochbett, Futon, Kommode, Kleiderstange, Regale, Stauraum). Durch ein nach Südosten ausgerichtetes Fenster hat das Zimmer eine schöne helle Atmosphäre. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt ca. 120 qm groß, neben den drei Einzelzimmern gibt es noch ein super helles, großes Wohn- und Esszimmer, eine Küche, und ein Bad. Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien, Zeit-Abo, Hangboard, Gewichte für Homeworkouts - die Wohnungsausstattung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche übrig.
Die Lage könnte wohl nicht besser sein. Man ist wirklich im Herzen Kreuzbergs mitten im Wrangelkiez. Der Görli ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite und lädt zum Abhängen und Spazierengehen ein. Lidl, Rewe, Biocompany befinden sich in Laufdistanz, zur Ubahn läuft man auch nur 5 Minuten, Restaurants, Bars, etc. tummeln sich nur so in der Umgebung.
Eigentlich wohnst du mit zwei Personen zusammen, eine ist jedoch während der gesamten Zeit im Urlaub. Somit ist nur Lucas da, ein Deutsch-Amerikaner, der aktuell seinen Master in Computational Neuroscience macht. Lucas ist der nicest guy ever und das ist keine Übertreibung. Also mit ihm wirst du auf jeden Fall gut auskommen.
Da ich aktuell schon in Frankreich bin und Lucas erst am 29. August wiederkommt, können leider keine Live-Besichtigungen durchgeführt werden. Stell dich doch kurz vor und erzähl uns, was dich nach Berlin bringt, was du so machst und was man sonst noch über dich wissen sollte.

Hi there, since I have just left for my semester abroad and the next tenant will not move in until mid-September, I am subletting my room for the first two weeks in September. The room is about 15 sqm and is furnished with everything you need (loft bed, futon, dresser, clothes rail, shelves, storage space). Due to a window facing southeast, the room has a nice bright atmosphere. The apartment is about 120 sqm in total, besides the three single rooms there is a super bright, large living and dining room, a kitchen, and a bathroom. The apartment equipment really leaves nothing to be desired: dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils, Zeit newspaper subscription, hangboard, weights for home workouts, it will all be there at your disposal.
The location could not be better. You are really in the heart of Kreuzberg in the middle of the Wrangelkiez neighborhood. The Görli is directly across the street and invites you to hang out or take a walk. Lidl, Rewe, Biocompany are within walking distance, the subway is only 5 minutes away, a plethora of restaurants, bars, etc. are just around the corner.
Theoretically, you would live with two people, but one is on vacation during the whole time. So there is only Lucas, a German-American who is currently doing his Master in Computational Neuroscience. Lucas is literally the nicest guy ever and you will definitely get along with him.
Since I've already left Berlin and Lucas won't be back until August 29, unfortunately, we can't do any live visits. Please introduce yourself and tell us what brings you to Berlin, what you do, and what else we should know about you. Looking forward to your introductions and let me know if you have any questions!
IMPORTANT: Unfortunately, the room is only available from August 29 to September 12! There is no possibility of a long-term rental!
