Hi! I’m leaving the city for a few months and I will be renting my room from October 11th to January 12th. ONLY SHORT TERM
It is large, bright and fully furnished: bed, desk, sofa, tv, coffee table, wardrobe and lotsss of plants. It would be ideal that you are interested in plants as you will be the official caretaker during this time :)
The apartment is located in Graefekiez, a beautiful quiet area, with plenty of cafes and restaurants around.
Super central between Hermannplatz and Kottbusser Tor and very well connected with U8, U7 and the bus.
The Hasenheide park, the Kanal and Tempelhofer Feld are super close as well.

You would be living with my roommate Nikola and her sweet small dog Lucie :) so it’s very important for us that you like dogs and are not allergic to them. Also important: that you are clean and tidy.
Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible during this time.
Nikola says about WG life:
I think WG life is perfect when the people living together take care of each other and are tolerant to the needs of all roommates. Sometimes hanging out in the kitchen together and sometimes "me time" is important too.
You will also share the apartment with a kind small dog in the apartment, so I'm happy about someone who is also happy about this roommate.
