Ich biete mein WG-Zimmer zur Untermiete für knapp zwei Monate an.
Das Zimmer ist, wie die ganze WG sehr ruhig und dennoch zentral gelegen im Mariannenkiez zwischen Bethanien und Markthalle 9. In der Umgebung finden sich also Bars, Restaurants, Kulturangebote, Geschäfte, etc. Ein Bus zum Kottbusser Tor und Ostbahnhof hält direkt vor der Tür, zum Görlitzer Bahnhof sind es 7 Minuten Fußweg.
Das Zimmer wird spärlich eingerichtet sein, da ich aus dem Zimmer ausziehe. Eine Matratze, ein Kleiderschrank und ein Stuhl sind aber da.
Das WG-Leben wird eher ein Zweckverhältnis sein, da wir die WG-Lösung leider auflösen müssen aufgrund einer Eigenbedarfskündigung und alle nach und nach ausziehen. Für einen Glühwein auf dem schönen Balkon oder ein gemeinsames Essen werden sich aber bestimmt Leute finde ;-)

I offer my room in a shared flat for almost two months.
The room like the WG are located in a quiet surrounding in Mariannenkiez between Bethanien and Markthalle 9. In the neighbourhood there are bars, restaurants, a lot of culture, shops, etc. A bus to Kottbusser Tor and Ostbahnhof is leaving right in front of the house, to Görlitzer Bahnhof it takes 7 minutes to walk.
The room will be sparsely furnished, because I am moving out of the room. A mattress, a wardrope and a chair will be there though.
The WG life will be a bit functional, because we have to move out of the flat due to home requirements of the landlady. But for sure there will be someone who joins in happily for a Glühwein on the beautiful balcony or a dinner together ;-)
