Aufgrund eines Auslandaufenthaltes haben wir ein Zimmer unserer wunderschönen, hellen Wohnung in Berlin-Kreuzberg unterzuvermieten. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20 qm groß und mit einem Schreibtisch und einer Schlafcouch eingerichtet. In der Wohnung befindet sich außerdem ein schönes Wohnzimmer, ein Ankleidezimmer sowie Bad und Küche inkl. Waschmaschine und Geschirrspüler. // Due to a stay abroad, we have a room of our beautiful, bright apartment in Berlin-Kreuzberg to sublet. The room is about 20 sqm and furnished with a desk and a sofa bed. In the apartment there is also a nice living room, a dressing room and bathroom and kitchen incl. washing machine and dishwasher.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen - nahe dem Bergmankiez zwischen Gleisdreieck- und Viktoriapark. Auch das Tempelhofer Feld ist nicht weit. Supermärkte sind in direkter Nähe. Öffentlicher Nahverkehr ist auch gut angebunden. // The apartment is super located - close to the Bergmankiez between Gleisdreieck- and Viktoriapark. The Tempelhofer Feld is also not far away. Supermarkets are in the immediate vicinity. Public transport is also well connected.
Dein Mitbewohner wird ein sehr netter 31-jähriger Mann sein. Als Mitbewohner zur zwischenmiete suchen wir eine nette und unkomplizierte Person, die sauber und ordentlich ist. Idealerweise arbeitest du ebenfalls und bist nicht an einer typischen Studenten-WG interessiert ;) // Your roommate will be a very nice 31-year-old guy. As a roommate for interim rent we are looking for a nice and uncomplicated person who is clean and tidy. Ideally, you also work and are not interested in a typical student shared apartment ;)
