Hi beautiful people,
I am offering our guestroom as a short term rentals option for people who would need to come to berlin for short work trips (Max. couple of weeks). I am living in my flat two weeks a month with and two weeks a month without my 7 years old son who is a very cool &gentle little guy like very mom says ;P. Our rooms are having gas heaters. You will have access to bathroom and kitschen of course. Usage of kitchen for short term rentals is not necassirily meant for cooking but it should be possible after agreement and only incase qwe would have same cleaning and cooperation styles. All the costs including internet and homeshared utilities are included in the rent. There is no possibility for registration/Anmeldung as it is only meant for short work trips.
Send me a short message of request and discription in case u would be in berlin for a while for working and would need a cosy place to stay.

P:S :Our flat is located right in front of Viktoria park and waterfall. Our neighborhood is really fantastic, having lots of cafes and restaurants around (Bergmannstr.) and we have 10 minutes walk to U bahn Mehringdamm (U6, U7), 20 minutes walk to S bahn York str. (S1,2,25) and Bus 140 to Ostbahnhof and Tempelhof is just passing around the corner.
