Hello I am subletting my room (perfect for a SINGLE) in Kreuzberg.
It is a huge room, with a private balcony, (30th of Jan - 3rd of March 2023 - possibly to extend). You’ll be sharing a 4 room flat w a couple and a male who are super lovely. One of them is a music producer, and a landscape architecture student. The last is an artist. Speak English, German and Spanish. We are all clean and regularly clean and vaccum the flat together.
You must be ok with a cat as we have one.
It’s €620 warm per month plus €310 for Kaution. Unfortunately I cannot offer anmeldung due to the short term stay.
Your room is hof facing (so v quiet) and also separated from the rest of the flat by the kitchen (I can also of this). There’s 2 bathrooms so you’ll have a lot of privacy. My flatmates are really nice, fun but respectful.

Fantastic, central, location. Close to restaurants and bars but still quiet. Very close to buses, Ubahn schlesiches Tor and S bahn.
