The room is in good condition and fully furnished. We will have it freshly painted this month, so with a little effort you can make it completely your home.
We have a bit of a complicated living situation. Ill gladly tell you everything about it in person. What you need to know is that you will have one other roommate most of the time. Im home rarely.

In the heart of Kreuzberg, between Südstern subway station and Kottbusser Tor. The M41 bus stops right outside the door and goes directly to the main train station. That means you're super well-connected here and you'll also find many restaurants, cinemas, fitness studios, and leisure activities within walking distance as well as Hasenheide, the second most beautiful park in Berlin ;)
So, the location is really special.
Very quiet and peaceful but also sociable and helpful. I'm almost never at home and sometimes make my room available to friends.
My mother also lives with us but is at home for a maximum of a handful of days a year. Otherwise, she lives in her country house. So, it feels more like a two-person flatshare with occasional visitors.
Important to know: the total rent of €800 is all-inclusive. This means electricity, internet, broadcasting license fee (GEZ), and a cleaner (who also cleans your room if you don't mind) are included in the rent.
If the electricity bill is unreasonably high for any reason, we may need to discuss it again, but there won't be any extra costs for you for minor additional payments.
