Due to me travelling, I am subletting my room for 3 weeks. The room is very cozy, in an apartment with very lively people. We hang a lot with one another, but there is also no problem if you want to just lay back on the bed. We have a big TV in the living room as well as a huge balcony where we all spend our afternoons after work,
or whenever we need to take a break from work

Lage
Place is located on graefestrasse, which is near Hermannplatz. Hermannplatz is a very lively neighborhood with a lot of cozy and chique bars. The park nearby is also a great place to wind down, when you need a walk. Every supermarket from edeka to netto is walking distance. Clubs (when they will be open) are also well-connected the Hermannplatz
You will live with Musti (29) Nadia(25) Thea (28). But mostly Musti, because all 3 of us will be home for Christmas times. We are all working, but that doesn't mean we are all closed in our room. We always eat together in breaks and whenever we are done for the day, we hang on the balcony or in the living room watching Netflix or playing on PS5 or Nintendo Switch.
If you need like a couple of extra days after the 1st of April that's also no problem.
