Ist nicht auf der Sonnenseite des Hauses, aber der Balkon ist immer zugänglich mit Couch die einen schönen Sonnenplatz bietet.
Die Küche ist lang und hat ebenfalls eine Couch. Alles an Küchengeräten ist vorhanden.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, genau gegenüber vom Willy-Brandt-Haus, kommt man überall schnell hin. Hallesches Tor ist die in 3 min erreichbare U-Bahnstation und der Bergmannkiez ist auch schnell erreicht. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell hingedüst.

Das WG-Leben ist harmonisch. Es gibt ein Putzplan, es Wird oft zusammen gegessen und gekocht. Oft werden auch Abende auf der Couchinsel in Hennings Zimmer verbracht. Johannes und Henning kennen sich seit dem Jugendalter, arbeiten beide Vollzeit, zurzeit aus dem Homeoffice. Daher wäre es gut sich dem Rhythmus anzupassen, aber es ist auch möglich einen anderen Rhythmus zu haben. Johannes arbeitet für den RBB und Henning im Bereich Geokartierung. Im Sommer wird viel Tischtennis gespielt und Brettspiele sind auch gern gesehen in den kalten Zeiten.
