Hello dear people! I am away travelling for 20days, so my room is available for sub-rent for 300EUR for the whole period. It is a 9m² furnished room with large windows, which allows the sun to be seen often in your room (especially in the mornings, afternoons). The entire apartment faces the courtyard, where there is a small playground. There is also a wardrobe behind the room in the hallway, which you can use to store your clothes and other stuff to have more space in your room. The rather small size of the bedroom is compensated by a very large and cosy kitchen-living room, in which the shared apartment life takes place. If you want to have peace and quiet, it's also not a problem.
The apartment is located in a top location in Kreuzberg. Between two subways and several bus lines. Mehringdamm/Bergmannstraße/Checkpoint Charlie are within walking distance, so you have many opportunities to eat/shop/walk. There are several supermarkets (Edeka, Lidl, LPG, BioCompany) as well as Spätis, a Hermes shop and a post office (both to be reached in one minute) in the vicinity. It is quite quiet as the windows are facing the courtyard and the building has an elevator.
The google maps location is incorrect, it is actually much closer to U Hallesches Tor
You live with four dear roommates. If you like to invite friends for a chat, bake cakes or are active in sports, then you will find a like-minded roommate in Demi. The second in the group is Lucie, an eloquent roller skater with a love of film, who likes to read (like Demi), writes and paints. And then there is Anja and her daughter Olja, who moved in a month ago and are refugees from Ukraine. Anja speaks English and is spoiling us with delicious soups, Olja is 9years old and although speaks only Ukrainian and Russian, is friendly and likes to play games. Needless to say, both are going through a difficult time, Demi is helping them with all sorts of questions and bureaucratic procedures.
With us it is not a purpose shared apartment, we liked to do things together or make ourselves a cosy evening at home. For example, we liked to play darts together, watch a movie, cook or have a chat. But of course, you will also be able to recharge and rest by yourself.
In the shared flat, there are two bathrooms, each with a bath or shower, which means that you do not get in each other's way in the morning. We got Wifi, a projector, a washing machine, a dryer, all sorts of kitchen utensils and I can leave you clean sheets and a towel + bluetooth speaker. If you share the above interests and are around 25-35, then it's a great fit! If you have other hobbies, but you could still imagine living with the four of them, then feel free to contact :)
