The apartment is located on the first floor of a renovated old building in the front building overlooking the Katzbachstraße (room 1) and the inner courtyard (room 2, kitchen, bathroom) (no elevator). The room for rent is fully furnished with a box spring bed, a spacious wardrobe, an electrical desk with a chair, a sofa with a coffee table and an armchair. The room is lovingly furnished and has high bright wooden windows. The apartment has a new built-in kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and a stove with oven. The bathroom is tiled and has a washing machine and bathtub. Wifi, electricity and cleaning of the common rooms are included.
