- Zimmer: nur 10 m², teil-/möbliert, außerdem Schränke/Kommoden/Regal außerhalb im großen Flur und Abstellkammer mit nutzbar; du mietest nicht nur ein Zimmer sondern eine gemeinsame Wohnung
- Ausstattung: Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, flotte Internetanbindung, Fahrradkeller
- Einrichtungsstil: bunt-modern praktisch gemischt aber nicht mit Dekokram überladen
- Bewohner: 2 Mittfünfziger Herren, einer aus beruflichen Gründen selten vor Ort, einer seit Corona noch im Heimbüro, beide unkompliziert freundlich und weitgehend neurosenfrei
- WG-Leben: jede/r macht ihr/sein Ding, Gemeinsamkeiten ergeben sich, müssen aber nicht
- Preis: 500 € pro Monat (ggf. Anpassung entsprechend steigender Nebenkosten)

- Room: only 10 m², (partly) furnished, plus shared cupboards/commodes/shelves in large corridor and small storage room; you rent not only a room but a shared flat
- Equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, fast internet connection, bicycle cellar
- Furnishing style: modern mixed but not overloaded with decoration stuff
- Residents: 2 fifty-something gentlemen, one for professional reasons hardly on site, me since Corona in home office, both uncomplicated friendly and largely neurosis-free
- WG-life: each does her/his thing, commonalities arise but do not have to
- Price: 500 € per month (adjustment in case of rising heating costs)
