Du suchst nach einer vorübergehenden Bleibe, möchtest aber nicht allein leben? Du magst Kreuzberg, bist weltoffen, genießt das Leben, aber schätzt Verlässlichkeit? Dann ist die schöne Altbauwohnung in PLZ 10999, aka „Tanzpalast“, vielleicht etwas für dich. Ich suche ab sofort jemanden für die kommenden 6 Monate. Dein Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß, möbliert und hat einen Balkon. Gemeinschaftsräume sind unsere große Küche und ein Bad inkl. Wanne/ Dusche, sowie eine zweite Toilette. Ein Kellerraum ist auch verfügbar.
Zu mir: Ich bin 39 Jahre alt, bin in Berlin geboren und habe mehrere Jahre in Köln, Buenos Aires, Mexico City und Melbourne gelebt. Ich liebe gutes Essen, kochen, die Natur, mag die Wohnung als Rückzugsort aus der städtischen Hektik und auch für gemeinschaftliche Abende mit Freunden in unserer großen Wohnküche…eine gewisse Grundordnung und Sauberkeit sind mir wichtig – aktuell wechseln wir uns mit dem Putzen wöchentlich ab. Tagsüber bin ich meistens im Büro, nur wenn gerade Lockdown oder sowas ist, dann nicht…aber wir haben hier Platz – auch zu zweit von zu Hause arbeiten geht sehr gut…das haben wir zwei Jahre erfolgreich erprobt.

Your room is about 20 square meters, furnished and has a balcony. Common rooms are our big kitchen and a bathroom incl. tub/shower, as well as a second toilet. A cellar room is also available.
About me: I am 39 years old, was born in Berlin and lived for several years in Cologne, Buenos Aires, Mexico City and Melbourne. I love good food, cooking, nature, like the flat as a retreat from the urban hustle and bustle and for communal evenings with friends in our large kitchen/living room...a certain basic order and cleanliness are important to me - currently we take turns cleaning every week. During workdays I'm usually in the office, except when there is a lockdown or something like that...but we have space here - it also works very well for two people to work from home...we have successfully tested this for two years.
Wir wohnen direkt am Kanal beim Paul-Linke Ufer. Der M29 ist drei Gehminuten entfernt und die U8 zehn Minuten. Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants gibt es direkt vor der Haustür.
We live directly on the canal at Paul-Linke Ufer. The M29 is a three-minute walk away and the U8 ten minutes. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants are right on the doorstep.
