Da unsere Mitbewohnerin für ca. 2 Monate in die Schweiz zieht, bieten wir ihr möbliertes Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete an.
Es ist sehr hell und bietet ausreichend Platz; darüber hinaus gibt es eine Balkon. Das Zimmer ist Teil einer 140m² Maisonette-Wohnung mit 2 Badezimmern, einer geräumigen Küche, einem großen Wohnzimmer (inkl. Hochbett & Beamer), Garten mit Gasgrill & Terasse. Selbstverständlich kannst du alle gemeinschaftlichen Bereiche mitbenutzen.

As our roommate is about to live in the Switzerland, for around 2 months, we sublet her furnitured room. It's very bright and offers adequate space, as well as balcony that is all yours. My room is part of a two-floor-maisonette-flat (140m²) with 2 bathroom, a big kitchen, a huge living room (loft-bed & projector), garden plus gas barbeque and a terrace. Feel free to make yourself at home in all shared areas.
Die U1, U8, Buslinien & Taxizentrale erreichst du in 1min. Am Kottbusser Tor findest du alles was du brauchst -- Supermärkte, Apotheken,Drogerie, Ärzte, Imbisse, Copyshops, Cafés, Bars etc.
Zur anderen Seite brauchst du ca 2min zum wunderschönen Maybach Ufer (2-3x die Woche Türkenmarkt, Restaurants, Cafés, McFit, Hardwax etc). Der Görlitzer Park ist in ca 10min fußläufig erreichbar.

Kottbusser Tor's U1 & U8, taxistation, bus lines as well as everything else you need (supermarkets, pharmacy, drugstore, doctors, takeaways, copyshops, cafés and bars among others) are 1min away.
To the other side you need 2min to reach Maybach Ufer (weekly Turkish market, restaurants, cafés, McFit, Hardwax etc). Görlitzer Park you can reach by foot in about 10min.
Wir sind offen, kommunikativ, easy, sonntags gern mal aus, unter der Woche aber mit Uni/Jobs beschäftigt.
