I offer my beautiful room in the heart of Kreuzberg (Bergmannstraße) over the holidays from December 21 to January 4.
It has everything you need (bed, sofa, desk, TV (not on the picture, but is in front of the bed). If you like, you can also use the electric piano. :)
There is also a washing machine in the bathroom and a dishwasher in the kitchen.
In addition, there is also a balcony, which is accessible from another room (usually the passage room is open to it).
Since the room faces the backyard, it is always very quiet.

ich stelle über die Feiertage vom 21. Dezember bis zum 4. Januar mein schönes Zimmer im Herzen Kreuzbergs (Bergmannstraße) zur Verfügung.
Es verfügt über alles, was man so braucht (Bett, Sofa, Schreibtisch, Fernseher (nicht auf dem Bild, steht aber vor dem Bett). Wer mag, kann auch gern das E-Klavier nutzen. :)
Zudem gibt es im Bad eine Waschmaschine und in der Küche ein Spülmaschine.
Auch gibt es einen Balkon, der von einem anderen Zimmer aus zugänglich ist.
Da das Zimmer zum Hinterhof hinausgeht, ist es immer sehr ruhig.

The apartment is located in the heart of the great district Kreuzberg (Bergmannstraße). The bus runs in front of the door and U Mehringdamm as well as U Gneisenaustraße are 3 minutes away on foot.
There are a variety of supermarkets, drugstores, retail stores and restaurants in the direct vicinity (literally on the doorstep).

Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen des tollen Bezirks Kreuzbergs (Bergmannstraße). Der Bus fährt vor der Tür und U Mehringdamm sowie U Gneisenaustraße sind 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Es gibt eine Vielzahl von Supermärkten, Drogerien, Einzelhandelsgeschäften und Restaurants in der direkten Umgebung (quasi vor der Haustür).

Until the end of the year you will live together with another nice roommate (Alexandra). From the beginning of January, the second roommate (Vanessa) is also back in the apartment. Both are very nice, open-minded and tidy ;)

Bis Ende des Jahres wirst du bzw. werdet ihr mit einer weiteren Mitbewohnerin (Alexandra) zusammenwohnen. Ab Anfang Januar ist das die zweite Mitbewohnerin (Vanessa) auch wieder in der Wohnung. Beide sind sehr nett, aufgeschlossen und ordentlich. ;)
