Hallo erstmal, ich bin Darwin und habe in dieser WG 3 Jahre lang gewohnt. Es ist wirklich Luxus heutzutage in so einer Wohnung zu wohnen.
Ich wohne zusammen mit 2 Frauen ( Magda und Alona) und würde auch weiter hin viele Jahre hier wohnen wohnen. Allerdings ich und meine Freundin haben uns entschieden zusammen zu wohnen.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Yorkstr, zwischen Viktoriapark und Gleisdreieck. Supermarkt direkt nebenan. Von Meringdamm 4 min entfernt. Von S bahn Yorkstr. 8 min entfernt.
Insgesamt ist die Wohnung 140cm2. 3 Zimmer (Schlafzimmer), eine Riesige Wohnzimmer, 1.Flur +Garderobe, 2.Flur. , Küche, Badezimmer, Balkon.
Jederzeit eine Besichtigung möglich. Bei Interesse gerne anschreiben.
