The flat will be shared with 2 other students / young professionals between 25 and 30 years old. The kitchen and 1 bathroom for the apartment are shared but your room will be private. Very nice environment and has good vibes. The contract ends on March 2023, however, you might be able to renew for 2023 by negotiating with the landlord (no guarantee).
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Smoking allowed only on the balcony (smoke detectors are fitted in every room in the flat).
There are ongoing repairs in the flat due to a water leak (unfortunate timing ..)
We are leaving the WG to move to a flat for just the 2 of us further away from the centre and so we are looking for someone to replace us on the tenancy contract.
