Ideal für Familien, das Wohnzimmer ist ein Durchgangszimmer. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Beamer in Wohnzimmer und am Bett, PlayStation 5, Waschmaschine und Trockner, Badewanne und Gäste-WC, Putzmensch alle zwei Wochen, Pastamaschine, Tischtennisplatte, etc.) und liegt im beliebten Graefe-Kiez in Kreuzkölln. Ihr würdet mit unserer wunderbaren Mitbewohnerin Ina zusammenwohnen.
Achtung: Nicht ideal für Katzenallergiker, da wir zwei Katzen haben, die aber in der Zeit woanders wohnen werden…
We are subletting 3 rooms with 2 balconies of our Kreuzberg apartment from April 1st - May 5th 2023. It’s ideal for families, as the living room is a connecting room. The apartment offers every comfort (2 projectors, one at the bed, PlayStation 5, washing machine and dry cleaner, bathtub and guest toilet, cleaning person every two weeks, pasta machine etc.) and is situated in the popular area of Kreuzkölln/ Graefe-Kiez. You would live with our wonderful flat mate Ina.
Probably not the best option if you are allergic to cats, since we own two. They won’t be there, though
