We spontaneously sublet a 22m2 room in our apartment for the specified period.

The room comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, big wardrobe, shelf, TV (also usable as second screen for work), desk and an own exit to the second staircase (flat has two exits and entries).
Lukas and I are just starting a company together and are in Berlin for a while. You would live together with us in the apartment. In fact we ourselves are moving in at the beginning of March and are looking for a cool roomie. Please tell us a bit about yourself and what you are doing in Berlin. You can text in English or German :)

The U7 and U8 (U Hermannplatz) are right outside the front door, buses to Schönefeld Airport and the main train station are around the corner and you can get to the Ringbahn very quickly. You are very centrally located in the city.
Hermannplatz is an area that is very popular for eating out, partying and going out. There are a lot of international people living here, there are various different restaurants, tens of bars and (working) cafes.
Everything you need is around the corner: Aldi, Edeka, DM, the concert hall "Neue Welt" and much more. The shopping arcades Neukölln are within walking distance in 10 min. So there is nothing missing.
The Maybachufer is virtually around the corner, as is the Tempelhofer Feld. The Hasenheide as a large park is neighborly directly behind the house.
