Hallo! Wir vermieten ein schönes, helles 10qm Zimmer direkt am Kottbusser Damm (Höhe Station Schönleinstr.) unter! Das heißt Kanalufer, Supermärkte, Spätis, Bars und Restaurants sind gleich vor der Haustür! Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert (Fotos sind alt, werden nochmal aktualisiert) und dazu gibt es eine komplett ausgestattete Küche (mit Spülmaschine!), ein helles Bad, ein riesiges Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und Couch, einen schönen, sonnigen Balkon und einen extra großen Raum, um Sachen zu verstauen, Wäscheständer aufzustellen usw.. Zusammenleben würdest du mit dem wunderbaren, offenen, aufgeschlossenen, lustigen Julian und seinem ruhigen, süßen, freundlichen, kleinen Hund - du solltest also keine Allergie haben :)
Das Zimmer wäre ab dem 12.3. bis min. 15.4. frei, evtl. auch länger und kostet 600€ all inkl..

Hey! We are renting out a lovely, bright 10 sqaremeters room directly on Kottbusser Damm (right at Schönleinstraße station)! That means supermarkets, the canal, bars and restaurants are just around the corner! The room (photos are old, will be uodated asap) is fully furnished and comes with a fully equipped kitchen (including dish washer!), a bright bathroom, a huge living room with big dining table and couch, a sunny balcony and an extra big room for storage, laundry racks etc. to share. You would be living with wonderful Julian, who is a fun, openminded person and his cute, quiet, small dog - so you shouldn’t be allergic :)
The room is free from the 12th of march until the 15th of april at least, maybe even longer, and costs 600€ all bills included.
