I am subletting my room for short-term. The house is to share with a guy (35years ) and his son (7 years) who is 50% of the time in the mother's house. In the WG they speak spanish and English.
The house is very well located close to Rewe, Ubahn, Warschauer bridge, clubs, Treptower and Gorlitzer park.
There is a sofa bed (double bed size) which its very confortable and convenient if you want more space, to make it sofa instead.
The room is 12m2 in Schlesisches Tor (Kreuzberg).
Dates: September and October (two months)
Price: 525€ per month
Is very important for us that the person who will stay will be clean on drugs and respectful with the sleeping hours, of course because sharing with a kid of 7 years old.
