Das Zimmer ist klein und gemütlich mit einer Dachschräge, bietet aber dennoch viel Stauraum für die eigenen Sachen. Es gibt ein Bett 1,40x2,00 mit einer großen Decke 2,00x2,00, eine Kommode, eine Kleiderstange und einen Schreibtisch (den ich evtl verkaufen will, also sag gerne Bescheid, wenn du ihn benötigst). Im angrenzenden Flur gibt es auch eine Kommode, die von dir genutzt werden kann für Kleidung und eine Kleiderstange für Jacken.
Das andere WG-Zimmer ist durch das Wohnzimmer abgetrennt, so dass man nicht viel voneinander mitbekommt und viel Privatsphäre haben kann. Das Gäste-WC wird auch hauptsächlich von dir genutzt und bietet Stauraum.
Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Wintergarten und Balkon. Dadurch, dass es Fenster zu beiden Seiten gibt, ist die Wohnung sehr hell.
Im großen Badezimmer gibt es eine Badewanne und eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen Raum, in dem ein paar Dinge abgestellt werden können und die Wäsche aufgehängt werden kann. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit einer Spülmaschine, Airfryer, Mixer und Kaffeemaschine etc.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 6. Stock, es gibt einen Aufzug.

The room is small and cozy, but still offers plenty of storage space for your belongings. There is a bed 1.40x2.00 with a large blanket 2.00x2.00, a dresser, a clothes rail and a desk (which I may want to sell, so please let me know if you need it). There is also a dresser in the adjoining hallway that you can use for clothes and a clothes rail for jackets.
The other shared room is separated by the living room, so you won't see much of each other and can have a lot of privacy. The guest WC is also mainly used by you and offers storage space.
There is a large living room with adjoining winter garden and balcony. As there are windows on both sides, the apartment is very bright.
The large bathroom has a bathtub and a washing machine. There is a room where a few things can be stored and laundry can be hung up. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, airfryer, blender and coffee machine etc.
The apartment is located on the 6th floor, there is an elevator.
Die Wohnung befindet sich jeweils 6 Gehminuten zwischen U Hermannplatz und U Schönleinstr.
Man ist in wenigen Minuten am Maybachufer (wo auch Märkte stattfinden 2x die Woche) oder auch im Gräfekiez. Es gibt sehr viele Bars, Cafés und Restaurants in der Umgebung. Trotzdem ist die Gegend sehr ruhig und es gibt wenig Straßenverkehr.
Supermärkte sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen.

You can be at Maybachufer (where markets take place twice a week) or in Gräfekiez in just a few minutes. There are many bars, cafés and restaurants in the area. Nevertheless, the area is very quiet and there is little traffic.
Supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes.
Meine Mitbewohnerin wird ihr Zimmer ebenfalls untervermieten zu der Zeit, so dass der/die Mitbewohner*in noch nicht ganz feststeht. Sobald es mehr Infos dazu gibt, kann ich dir gerne mehr Details nennen. Meine Mitbewohnerin wird jedoch früher als ich zurück kommen, so dass du die letzten 2-3 Wochen noch mit ihr zusammenleben wirst.
Sie ist 27 Jahre alt und macht gerade ihre Ausbildung als Psychotherapeutin.
Im Zusammenleben ist uns ein rücksichtsvoller Umgang miteinander wichtig. Es ist keine Party-WG. Besuch kann natürlich gerne eingeladen werden.
