Kiosk gegenüber, viele Bars und Restaurants in direkter Umgebung. Hasenheide und Tempelhofer Feld sind entweder 5 min mit dem Fahrrad oder 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Obwohl wir mitten in Neukölln sind, ist die Straße immer noch ziemlich ruhig.

Nichtraucher gesucht. Keine Party WG. Ich koche gerne zuhause. Ich suche jemanden, der Vollzeit arbeitet, und möchte in einer ruhigen und sauberen WG wohnen.
Ich mache Hundebetreuung, also es ist wichtig, dass du Hunde liebst und bist okay mit mehrere in der Wohnung zu haben (bis jetzt waren sie nie in dem Zimmer, die ich vermiete).
Ich bin froh wenn das ein Zwecks-WG ist.

I am a German-US American and have been living in Berlin and this apartment the last 8 years. I am a non-smoker and smoking is not allowed inside of the apartment. I work as a dog-socializer and have a lot of dog traffic inside the apartment so it is a must that who ever lives with me loves dogs, and is enthusiastic about them.
I am very social outside of the home, so when I am at home I enjoy having peace -aka this is not a party-WG. I enjoy cooking at home and because I walk 25km a day, I enjoy taking it easy when I am at home.
Looking for someone who has a full-time job, wants to live in a great location in Berlin, loves the company of dogs, and enjoys having some me-time.

Hier ist es sehr wichtig: dass du dich in der Nähe von Hunden wohl fühlst und dass sie sich in deine Nähe wohl fühlen. Sie betreten dein Zimmer nicht, aber sie sind in meinem Zimmer, der Küche und dem Wohnraum. Sie sind tagsüber und manchmal auch nachts hier.

When you respond to this post, please begin your response with 'Spaghetti' so I know you read everything. Again, it is very important that you feel comfortable around dogs, and they feel comfortable around you. They do not enter your room, but they are in my room, the kitchen and living space. They are here during the day and sometimes over night. I would prefer if you stayed for at least 6 months and if it continues to work out, we can extend this to a year or 2 depending on how we feel living together.
