I am moving out of my room and need someone to replace my contract.
The rent is 650€ all inclusive. A deposit of 2 months of rent is required. The minimum renting time is one year.
The room itself is very spacious (24 sqm) with plenty of light during the day. It's also warm even during the winter. Included furniture comprises a couch, a wardrobe (seen in pictures), a coffee table, and a single-person bed (not seen in the pictures). The room also has access to a balcony which is very nice during summertime
The kitchen is large with a dishwasher, laundry machine, toaster, oven, microwave, fridge, and freezer.
The apartment is on the first floor and there is no elevator. Wi-fi is included.
No smoking is allowed, also no pets.
The area around the house is very quiet and beautiful. There are some shops in the neighborhood like Rewe, Aldi, Rossman, Lidl, etc.
Registration/Anmeldung is possible
Your roommate will be Sara, a Portuguese 22-year-old who is super nice, very clean, and also quite funny.
The bed would stay in the room and I would sell it for 400 EUR. It is an IKEA Malmo (140x200) with Lüroy Slats and a bett1.de Matress
