ich bin Markus und vermiete mein Wohnheimszimmer unter.
Das Zimmer gehört zum StudierendenWERK Berlin. Die Voraussetzung ist, dass du an einer Uni in Berlin eingeschrieben bist. Eine offizielle Anmeldung bei der Adresse ist wegen des kurzen Zeitraums nicht möglich
Das Zimmer selbst ist komplett renoviert und mit geräumigen Möbeln ausgestattet. Das Bad teilst du dir über eine 2-seitige Zugangstür mit meinem Mitbewohner Amjad und die Küche mit sechs weiteren Studenten. Daneben ist es ganz cool, dass wir einen großen Aufenthaltsraum, eine hauseigene Kellerbar und ein Fitnessraum haben zu denen du Zugang hast

I'm Markus and I sublet my room.
The room belongs to the StudierendenWERK Berlin. Therefore, you have to be enrolled at a university in Berlin. Because of the short term it is NOT possible to be officially registered at this address.
The room itself is completely renovated and furnished with spacious furniture. You share the bathroom with my roommate Amjad and the kitchen with six other students. Besides that, it's really cool that we have a big lounge, a cellar bar and a fitness room which you can access.
Das Wohnheim liegt perfekt neben einem Penny und einem Lidl - die Versorgung ist also gesichert.
Direkt vor dem Wohnheim ist die Busstation "Halbauer Weg", die dich entweder zur U6 oder zur S25/26 bringen kann, damit du schnell in die Innenstadt gelangst. Falls du, so wie ich an der FU studierst/ studieren wirst, so bringt dich die Busverbindung ebenso einfach in ca. 20-25mn hin.
