I'm looking for a flatmate in my 2-room renovated apartment in a very quiet area in Lankwitz. I'm occupying the smaller room with the balcony while the bigger room (without the balcony, though) is for rent. The apartment was not initially meant to be a WG in the sense that it doesn't have a big common area to hang out, although the kitchen still has some space to have dinner together or a bottle of beer in the evening. Anmeldung is possible.

The kitchen and the bathroom are, however, fully equipped.
The room is available from 01.09.2022 for 6 months (up until 28.02.2023) so you can move in any time now :) The contract extension is possible but uncertain at the moment. The rent is 590€, which includes everything (Warmiete, electricity, heating, Internet, radio). The deposit is 850€, which is exactly half of the total deposit amount I paid upon moving. I would be happy to answer any questions and provide more details (pictures, videos of the apartment).
Close to the FU campus, 13 min to the Lanskwitz S Bahn Station, 7 min till the nearest bus station. Supermarkets are located within a 15-minute walk. It's an extremely quiet and peaceful neighborhood with a school in the vicinity and a park with a pond just 5 minutes away. If you're as triggered by loud sirens in the city center as me, this place would be perfect for you!
I don't mind your age, but keep in mind that this a slow tempo flat and not a party flat for sure. I'm working from home and need the place to be mostly quiet. If you'd like to send a link to your Instagram or Facebook profile together with your message, that would be extremely helpful :)
I'm only looking for a person with steady income. A working student is also perfectly fine, especially if you're also studying at the FU ;)
