Room available in Lankwitz for two months, but there is also a possibility of stay longer and even take the room completely long term, but that's something that depends on my work now so I can't not clarify till January February! if you are student is perfect for you, because we are all students here :)
A big house with nine rooms and I am still surprised how quiet it is, you will live with nice people. The room is big, warm and very bright, please only contact if you have experience in shared flats and even used to live with a lot of people. The location is a bit out of the centre but with all services in five minutes walking distance, S-Bahn, buses, pharmacy, supermarket, DM, Woolworth, some small bars and restaurants in the area as well.
We are all students and we have small jobs too, in general we don't coincide much in daily timetables (cooking shower, worktimes...) So the coexistence is perfect, respect towards the others at all times is our premise, sometimes we organise meetings, we have a beer or play something together, we are so much people so it's also difficult to organise plans all together at the same time.
