Hi! I'm looking for someone to take over my room from 1st December 2023.
The room is located in the Friedrichsfelde district (10319), is about 12m2, bright and cozy. Suitable for one person. It's rented partially furnished - the wardrobes in the picture belong to the owner of the apartment, so they stay, but I think they can be moved if necessary. In addition to the room, you will also have a bathroom, a kitchen and a common room with a sofa, table and chairs at your disposal. There are smoke detectors in every room, so smoking is prohibited.
Furniture for sale: bed (5 months old mattress included), desk, chair, mirror - €160 / mini fridge - €50
Location
In the neighborhood, within 5 minutes, there are Rewe, DM, Rossmann, MacGeiz, FitX gym and an Asian restaurant. Right next to it is the U5 metro station, trams and buses. If you love animals it's perfect -the apartment is right next to Tierpark. The neighbourhood is rather family-friendly, there is no noise besides a regular city noise -cars, etc. :)
Flatshare Type
This is a fairly quiet WG. We don't party or play loud music, and we expect the same from you. Sometimes we cook and eat together or go out, but everyone values their private time in their own space. You will live with two great girls who just are working in marketing and design. They are very nice, you will definitely get along! :)
