Zur Verfügung steht ein großes, vollmöbliertes Zimmer. Es ist sonnig gelegen zum grünen Hinterhof hin. In dem Zimmer gibt es eine großzügige Hochetage auf der neben Kommode, Nachttisch und Regal auch das Doppelbett ist. Unten sind zwei große Kleiderschränke vorhanden sowie ein kleines Sofa. Auch ein Tisch ist vorhanden.
Die restliche Wohnung ist ebenfalls voll ausgestattet und zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorgesehen. Es gibt also Küche und Bad mit allem drum und dran, ebenso wie ein Wohnzimmer mit angrenzendem Balkon.
Bitte beachte, dass KEINE ANMELDUNG möglich ist.

This large, fully furnished room is available for rent. It is bright and faces the green backyard. In the room there is a spacious mezzanine with a dresser, bedside table and a shelf as well as a double bed. Downstairs there are two large closets, a table and a small sofa.
The rest of the apartment is also fully equipped and for shared use. So there is a kitchen and bathroom with all the trimmings, as well as a living room with adjoining balcony.
Please note that NO REGISTRATION is possible.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße mit grün vor und hinter dem Haus. Gleichzeitig ist sie Nähe S-Bahnhof Frankfurter Allee sehr zentral gelegen. S-Bahn, U-Bahn und Straßenbahn sind damit quasi vor der Haustür und z.B. das Samariterviertel oder der Boxhagener Platz sind fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is located in a quiet side street with greenery in front and behind the house. At the same time, it is very centrally located near Frankfurter Allee S-Bahn station. S-Bahn, U-Bahn and Tram are almost on the doorstep and the Samariterviertel or Boxhagener Platz are within walking distance.
Ich bin 27 Jahre alt und bin in den letzten Semestern meines Masters in Kulturwissenschaft. Ich bin eine ruhige Person, aber an vielen Dingen interessiert und aktiv.
Mit meinen Pflanzen übe ich an meinem grünen Daumen und, wenn es meine Zeit hergibt, koche oder backe ich gern. Ich bin unternehmungslustig und bewege mich viel, zum Beispiel tanze seit vielen Jahren Zeitgenössischen Tanz.
Meinen Mitbewohner*innen gegenüber bin ich aufgeschlossen, freue mich sehr, wenn man gemeinsam quatschen kann oder sich abends über den Tag austauschen möchte. Genauso wichtig ist mir aber, dass jede*r seinen*ihren Raum hat, um sich zurückzuziehen und auszuruhen.

I am 27 years old and am in the last semesters of my master's degree in cultural studies. I am a quiet person, but interested in many things and always active.
I practise my green thumb with my plants and, when I have time, I like to cook or bake. I enjoy to move, for example I've been dancing contemporary dance for many years.
I'm open-minded towards my flatmates and am very happy when we can chat together or talk about the day in the evening. But it's just as important to me that everyone has their own space to retreat and relax.
