We’re looking for a responsible, respectful roommate for our apartment.
It starts on May 1st and we’re looking for a person who can move in according to the date.
Our flat consists of four rooms, a large living room and a spacious balcony (with an amazing view), a bathroom with a bathtub and a kitchen in total of 111 square meters.
There are several S+U stations 10 minutes walk from our house, and various large supermarkets are nearby.
Our neighbors are sweet and friendly, and there's a park, cute bars, cafes, clubs and nice restaurants around this neighborhood.
It is very green and peaceful yet fun area to live in.
I work from home during the day, so I’d prefer someone who’s working outside. We respect each other’s privacy but also enjoy company with each other.
Cleanliness is very important for us, and I hope you feel the same. We’ve already furnished the place but if you’re willing to make our community space cozy with us, we would be very happy.
We’d like to do a trial month to see if we fit well together, we’re happy to extend the lease!
