Hey! I´m renting out my room for some months while I travel!
There are two sleeping rooms, my flatmate has the biggest one and pays a bit more than me. My Room faces the backyard, so it is very quiet. It comes furnished (bed, clothing storage, shelves...).
There is also a very light living room with a terrace and a separated toilet and kitchen.
We are living in the flat for a shorter period time than a year and just before we moved in everything was refurbished.
There is no TV but we have the fastest internet among all our friends (yayy!!) and we have put a lot of effort and love into making our home comfy.
The flat is located just in front of the Sbahn/ubahn/bus station of lichtenberg, which makes ridiculously easy the access to any place in Berlin.
With the U5 you get to Alexanderplatz in 10 minutes. With the Sbahn you get to Ostkreuz and Warschauer Str ( nightlife and loaaaads of restaurants/bars) in 4 minutes. I personally ride my bike everywhere and recently discovered that the Rummelsburg lake is just a 10 min ride away (a w e s o m e place!).
There is a PENNY just 180m away from our front door, an EDEKA/Rossmann/Aphoteke 60 m away and much more.
I will be away traveling for some months and I want to rent my room to someone that shares the same philosophy that my flatmate and me have had until now. We work often but when we are both home we sometimes have dinner together or just chill and have a talk about how our day was.
This is not a party-flat and it is very important for us that it remains clean and being taken care of.
We like to feel comfy at home and more than a wg it feels like a family. We are looking for someone to take my place for some months that can be trustable, clean and responsible.
Please note that a deposit of 600 will be taken in the first rent and given back when you leave our flat. We know that is a big amount but it is just a small part of the big kaution that we paid to the owner of the house and we want to make sure that no one destroys our home... :)
Sadly no Anmeldung is possible and we are looking for someone to stay from August to March, no short periods of time...
The price for the room is what I pay every month for warm miete + internet (total 480). Any extra costs such as rundfunk, etc will be paid by me because since I will be coming back to the flat I think is the fair thing to do.
I will prepare bed sheets, towels and a new bathrobe so that you dont need to bring anything from home!
