This is a Neubau newly built apartment with modern design. This apartment features a 2-room design with a large living room + kitchen that gives access to the balcony and a smaller bedroom with full-size windows (french balcony). A fitted kitchen is available with a stove and dishwasher. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. Floor heating is available in all areas. Parkett wood flooring on all dry areas.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor and there is elevator. The building follows high energy standards, it's very well insulated.
A basement storage unit is also available.
The apartment is well located, there is Kaufland and ALDI just across the street. There is also a very nice green park within walking distance and also the Spree, the river crossing through Berlin. There are multiple S-Bahn and U-Bahn options, it is walking distance to S-Bahn Nöldnerplatz, Rummelsburg and Lichtenberg and also to U-Bahn Lichtenberg. A bus stop is in front of the building. You can also take a bus for 3 stops to Ostkreuz. Public parking spots are available.
Neighboring Friedrichschain, the apartment is easily accessed via different public transportation. There are plenty of nice cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets nearby.
People from varied ages, professions and nationalities are welcome. Ideally you would have someone to rent it together with you, else you can also look for a flatmate that you want to share the flat with. At the moment there is no flatmate in the apartment.
The rental period is flexible but minimum one year ideally. I could also arrange the electricity and the internet contracts for you under your name.
This apartment can be used as a share flat or it would be perfect for a young couple. If you are interested, please let me know long you prefer the rental contract to be.
