My flatmate Geetu who is now living with her parner, wants to sublet the flat and after she finds her own apartment you can ask student dorm office to sign for the contract. If we are don't have issue when you live with me and Esther my flatmate here, I think there is no problem of signing official contract with student dorm office because you are a student and we will prefer you to them.

Meine Mitbewohnerin Geetu, die derzeit bei ihrer Partnerin wohnt, will ihr Zimmer untermieten. Sie ist auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung für sich und wenn sie die neue Wohnung findet, will sie das Zimmer hier in Studentenwohnheim aufgeben und du kannst es mit hoher Wahrscheinlichkeit übernehmen, wenn alles zwischen uns stimmt.
Bus 194 is 7 Minute away and you will reach S Ostkreuz in 10 Min. There is a bus 296 direct 2 Min from the apartment where you can go to U Tierpark or U Friedrichsfelde for 5 Minute. You can choose to walk to U Tierpark which is 10 Min away.

I practice often singing at home and it can be sometimes loud, but I dont practice at night so dont worry. Esther prefers someone to be clean to stay here. Hey, ich bin Liam dein Mitbewohner. Ich studiere Informatik und versuche nebenbei meine Gesangskarriere zu verfolgen. Esther meine Mitbewohnerin die auch hier wohnt, studiert Business. Ich übe Gesang öfters zu Hause. Es ist manchmal laut aber ich singe nicht in der Nacht und auch nicht komplett den ganzen Tag oder wenn die andere Ruhe brauchen (z.B Prüfung online schreiben, usw.), achte ich auch darauf. Wir suchen jemanden, der entspannt, sauber, offen ist und kein Problem mit meinem Gesang zu Hause hat. Wir wollen keine Zweck WG. Wir respektieren natürlich die Privatsphäre von den anderen, aber wollen nicht dass man zu Hause den anderen Mitbewohner komplett ignoriert.
