My name is Misun and I am looking for a subtenant who happens to be "female" and "student" (no gender discrimination is intended; it is the dormitory policy - sorry, Guys!).
- About the House
: My room is in the student residence run by SWB. I take one room in a WG-type apartment. The apartment is on the ground floor (EG). My room is relatively spacious with five big windows facing the backyard. It is furnished with a bed, a desk and a chair, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe. You will share the kitchen and the bathroom with two other girls; the bathroom has no bathtub but shower.
- Rent, Deposit, and Radio/TV Fee
1. Rent: 235 EUR per month. This is "Warmmiete" - water, electricity, heating, and wifi all-inclusive.
2. Deposit/Kaution: 470 EUR
3. Radio/tv fee (Rundfunk ARD, ZDF, DRadio): 6 EUR per month
In sum, you will have to pay me 241EUR (rent + radio/tv fee) each month. The deposit should be paid before move-in and will be returned after you move out.
- Rental Period
: 1 December 2020 through 31 July 2021 (**Important: Since the rental is short term, the contract is NOT revokable once signed for whatever reasons that caused you.)
- Eligibility
1. ONLY enrolled STUDENTS can apply for the offer. Therefore, when signing the lease, you need to provide me with the enrolment of CURRENT SEMESTER CERTIFICATE and identification document (e.g., passport) - I have to submit them to the administration office for their approval. Only semester certificate is accepted!
2. I prefer Non-Smoking Folks!

- Netto: Right in front of the house
- Rewe and Aldi: 10 min. on foot
- Kaufland and Bio Company: 15 min. on foot
- Ring Center, Galleria, Real: by S-Bahn Frankfurter Alle; 25 min. on foot
3. Accessibility to the City Center
Alexanderplatz, Kreuzberg, and Mitte are all within 30-minute distance by S/U-Bahn.
4. The Neighbourhood
It is the quiet and residential neighbourhood where I live. It is safe even in the late night and very conveniently located. There are beautiful parks nearby and it is attractive to people who love to walk.
The flat is girls only. There are two other female college students with different nationalities. They are quiet, considerate, tidy and clean. Shared places are taken care of by voluntary and conscientious contributions by each flatmate; the cleanliness level is surprisingly high, though. I really like them and you will like them too!
- Maintenance of the Property
I would like somebody who will take good care of my room and the shared places. I would like you to clean the room regularly; voluntarily and conscientiously keep clean the kitchen and bathroom.
- NO additional appliances that consume lots of electricity are allowed! That may cause a short circuit and fire - it did happen once with my former tenant!
- Move-Out
When moving out, I expect you to clean the room and the shared places thoroughly. And please make sure you leave NOTHING behind, unless agreed with me that I take over some of your belongings. Moving out without cleaning the flat will cause deductions from your deposit money!
