ich bin Paco und suche ab dem 01.10.2020 eine/einen entspannten Mitbewohner*in mit der/dem ich meine Wohnung in Berlin-Lichtenberg teilen kann.
Über mich
Ich bin Paco (28) und beschäftige mich u. a. mit Musik, Programmieren und Kunst. Ich arbeite, studiere und bin an unterschiedlichen kultur- und kunstbezogenen Projekten beteiligt.
Ich bin entspannt, freundlich, offen und freue mich auf ein respektvolles, tolerantes Zusammenleben.
Ich mache gerne was zusammen mit meinen Mitbewohner*innen, koche gerne, sehe gerne Filme und mir gefällt allgemein ein kollaboratives Leben zu führen.
Das angebotene Zimmer hat 20 m2, ein großes Fenster mit Blick auf die Straße. Das Zimmer unmobliert.
Über die Wohnung
Die Wohnung liegt 4 min von U/S-Bahnhof Lichtenberg und in der Nähe findet man viele Supermärkte und aller Art Geschäfte. Es gibt in der Nähe zahlreiche Spaziergangsmöglichkeiten. Die Rummelsburger Bucht und Ostkreuz befinden sich auch in der Nähe.
Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank (mit Eisfach), Badewanne, etc. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, um leckeres Essen zu kochen.

About me
My name is Paco (28) and I am busy with, among other things, with music, programming and art. I work, study and am involved in various cultural and art-related projects.
I am relaxed, friendly, open and look forward to a respectful, tolerant coexistence.
I like to do something with my roommates, I like to cook, I like to watch films and I generally like to lead a collaborative life.
The room offered has 20 m2, a large window overlooking the street. The room is unfurnished.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need, washing machine, refrigerator, dishwasher, bathtub, etc. The kitchen has everything you need to cook delicious food.
Die Wohnung liegt 5 min zu Fuß vom S- und U-Bahnhof Lichtenberg entfernt. Von dort ist man mit der U5 und der S5, S7 und S75 zentral angebunden und es sind nur zwei Stationen zum Ostkreuz, wo Mensch auch mit der Ringbahn top angebunden ist. Mensch kann auch mit dem Fahrrad bis Ostkreuz fahren, es sind circa 10 min Fahrtweg.
In der Nähe finden sich viele Supermärkte und aller Art Geschäfte. Rewe ist sogar direkt gegenüber, das hat den Vorteil, dort wirklich schnell Dinge besorgen zu können, hat man mal was vergessen. Am Sonntag hat sogar auch der Edeka im S-Bahnhof geöffnet.
Ansonsten ist die Rummelsburger Bucht direkt um die Ecke, auch Treptower Park ist schnell zu erreichen und auch andere Stadtteile wie Neukölln, Friedrichshain sind super nah .)

The apartment is located 5 min walk from the S- and U-Bahn station Lichtenberg. From there you can quickly get to Friedrichshain and Frankfurter Allee or Ostkreuz, where you are connected with the Ringbahn. If it is not too cold, you can also get by bike to Ostkreuz, you need about 10 min.
Nearby you will find many supermarkets and all kinds of stores. Rewe is even directly across the street, which has the advantage that you can get things there really quickly if you have forgotten something. On Sunday, even the Edeka in the S-Bahn station is open.
Otherwise, the Rummelsburger Bay is just around the corner, Treptower Park is also within easy reach. You can also get to all other parts of the city quite well from here :)

Hinweis: Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Ein Untermietvertrag ist abzuschließen. Die Kaution beträgt 500€. Diese wird nach Ende des Vertrags und Überprüfung des Zustands des Zimmers sofort zurückgezahlt.
