Hallo,
wir suchen eine*n Zwischenmieter*in für unsere 4er WG in einem selbstverwalteten Haus in Berlin-Lichtenberg von Mitte Januar bis zum 14.02.21

Das Wichtigste:
• 16 qm Zimmer in einer insgesamt 90 qm Wohnung
• Miete 325 EUR pro Monat inklusive Nebenkosten, Strom und Internet
• Kaution: Halbe Miete
• Das Zimmer ist ab dem 18.01 bis zum 14.02.21 frei.
• Einfache Möblierung mit Bett, Tisch, Sessel, (Regal)
• Große Küche mit Esstisch und Sofaecke, großer Balkon bzw. Laubengang
• Haus steht nahe an der S-Bahn, trotz guter Fenster für lärmempfindliche Menschen nicht geeignet.
• Dafür gute Anbindung vom S Nöldnerplatz oder S Lichtenberg (je 7 Minuten zu Fuß).
• Es dürfen nur biologisch abbaubare Kosmetika benutzt werden, da wir eine eigene Wasseraufbereitung betreiben.

Wir sind ca. Mitte 30, R und J wohnen seit 2011 zusammen und T seit Oktober in der WG.
Kurz zu uns:
T. (er) tut redaktionelle und öffentlichkeitswirksame Dinge bei einem journalistischen Projekt und organisatorische Dinge bei einem Festival gegen Rechts. Immer für eine Runde Tischtennis und normalerweise für viele Kultur- und elektronische Tanzveranstaltungen zu haben.
J. (er) hat Interesse an gesellschaftlichen Diskussionen, kreativer Arbeit und spinnt gerne an Ideen rum. Ist im Sommer für Klo-, Theater- und Herzensprojekte unterwegs und sitzt den Winter in einem Bürojob ab.
R. (sie) jongliert zwei Jobs im Feld Frauenbewegungsgeschichte plus Studium und hätte grad gern mehr Zeit fürs schöne Leben (lesen, faulenzen, reisen und Projekte mit Freund*innen...)
Wir wohnen in einem Haus des Mietshäuser-Syndikats. Im Erdgeschoss gibt es ein Gästezimmer, eine Gemeinschaftswohnung und einen großen Garten mit Fahrradschuppen, die du mitnutzen kannst.

Hello,
we are looking for an interim tenant for our 4-bed flat in a self-managed house project in Berlin-Lichtenberg from August until the end of the year.

Facts:
• 16 sqm room in a 90 sqm apartment
• Rent 325 EUR per month including utilities, electricity and internet
• Deposit: 0,5 month’s rent
• The room is available from 18th January until 14th February
• Simple furnishing with bed, table, armchair, (shelf)
• Large kitchen with dining table and sofa corner, large balcony
• House is close to the S-Bahn, despite good windows not suitable for people sensitive to noise.
• good connection from S Nöldnerplatz or S Lichtenberg (7 minutes by foot each).
• Only biodegradable cosmetics may be used, as we run our own water treatment system.

We are between mid-20 und mid-30. R und J are flatmates since 2011, C just moved in and will stay until end of the year. Currently, we are about to extend and renew our coliving conditions.

Briefly about us:
T. (he) does editorial and publicity things at a journalistic project and organizational things at a festival against the right. Always up for a game of ping pong and usually to many cultural and electronic dance events.
J. (he) is interested in social discussions, creative work and likes to spin ideas. In summer he is on the road for toilet projects, theatre projects and other “Herzensprojekte”, in winter he has an office job.
R. (she) is juggling two jobs in the field of women's movement history plus her studies and would love to have more time for the good life (reading, loafing, travelling and projects with friends...)

We live in a house of the “Mietshäuser Syndikat”. On the ground floor there is also a guest room, a shared apartment and a large garden with a bicycle shed, which you can share with us.
