I am looking for someone to take over the room I rented for a month until I could find a permanent place to be able to do the Anmeldung. I have found the place earlier then I thought so I'd like to hand over the place for the rest of the month.
Room is pretty large. It is equipped with a single bed, a desk&chair, a wardrobe, a shelf, a couch, a tv table (no tv though), and a coffee table.
Kitchen and Bathroom is shared. In front of the kitchen there is a small area to hang out, a table and few chairs.
Kitchen is equipped with necessary utensils.
The place is suitable for people who are searching for a place for a short period of time, maybe until they find a permanent one as I did. However if you don't need Anmeldung and looking for a long term, it might be possible to extend the stay as well, this should be discussed with the real tenant.
It is pretty centric. 2 minutes walk from the Tram station. There is also a bus station closeby. Only Sbahn is comperatively far, like at 15 min walking distance.
For shopping Rewe and Lidl are just behind the building. In front of the Tram station there is also a Spati.
The flat is located in a student building.
The flat is shared with 2 other people, one is a Phd Student, he is not much around really, you wouldn't even realize he lives there. The other one is a Master student, he is mostly around, a nice person, time to time we cook and eat together.
Registration is not possible.
