The room is approx. 17qm large, with views to the garden.. It is super quiet and green. The floor is laminate like the rest of the apartment. It is now free between 15th May and 31st August (maybe longer) and can be rented furnished.
Altogether the apartment has 4 rooms, kitchen, bathroom and garden. It is in raised ground floor and has two balconies. One goes from the living room and leads down to our garden. Yes, garden. 60 sqm just for us.
There is everything you need in the shared flat (kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator, equipment...).
*The picture was taken before. The bed is still there. The Pc not anymore.

Das Zimmer ist ca 17qm groß. Es ist super ruhig und hell. Der Fußboden ist wie der Rest der Wohnung mit Laminat ausgelegt. Es ist ab sofort von 15 Mai bis 31 August frei (vielleicht länger) und kann möbliert gemietet werden
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung 4 Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Garten. Sie ist in Hochparterre und hat zwei Balkone. Der eine geht vom Wohnzimmer ab und führt runter in unseren Garten. Ja, Garten. 60 qm nur für uns.
Es gibt in der WG alles was man so braucht (Küche, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Anlage…).

We live in the Leopoldstraße, 200m away from the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz (you can't hear the S-Bahn anyway). It is a quiet quarter, but not dead. There are a few shops, supermarkets etc.. On the other side of the tracks is the beautiful Viktoriastadt. Rummelsburger Bucht is around the corner, Friedrichshain also.
DEUTSCH
Wir wohnen in der Leopoldstraße, 200m von der S-Bahnstation Nöldnerplatz entfernt (die S-Bahn hört man trotzdem nicht). Es ist ein ruhiges Viertel, aber nicht tot. Es gibt paar Lädchen, Supermärkte etc. Auf der andern Seite der Gleise ist die schöne Viktoriastadt. Rummelsburger Bucht ist um die Ecke, Friedrichshain auch.
ENGLISH
Brooke and Claudia live here. We like cooking, eating together, dawdling in the apartment, hanging on the sofa, going to parties, admiring the garden, doing yoga each for himself, thinking about entering a Solawi. During the day during the week we tend to be on the road, but not in a 9 to 5 style.
DEUTSCH
Hier wohnen Brooke und Claudia. Wir kochen gern, essen zusammen, rödeln in der Wohnung, hängen auf dem Sofa, gehen auf Partys, bewundern den Garten, machen Yoga jeder für sich, überlegen in ne Solawi einzutreten, . Tagsüber unter der Woche sind wir tendenziell unterwegs, aber nicht 9 to 5 mäßig.
