ich bin auf der Suche nach einem neuen WG-Buddy in der Sewanstraße (Tierpark)
Die Wohnung gehört zum Studentenwerk, daher ist es zwingend notwendig, dass du Student einer BERLINER Hochschule bist!!!
Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert.
Du bist hier in einer Wohnsiedlung. Die U5 Tiergarten ist in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. 15 Minuten bis Betriebsbahnhof Rummelsburg (S3) und 15 Minuten bis zum Nöldnerplatz (S5,7,75). Es fahren auch Busse hier überall, aber die nutze ich nicht, also - kein Plan was die betrifft.
Einkaufen kannste auch: Rewe, Netto, Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Kaufland (ca. 5-20 Minuten fußläufig).
Ja und falls du Tiere magst, wir haben hier am Tierpark nen Tierpark.
Die Wohnung ist im 9. Stock ganz oben und du wirst echt einen wundervollen Ausblick haben.

I'm looking for a new flat-share buddy in Sewanstrasse (Tierpark/Lichtenberg).
The apartment belongs to the Studentenwerk, so it is imperative that you are a student at a Berlin university.
The room is unfurnished.
You're in a housing estate here. The U5 Tiergarten can be reached in 10 minutes. 15 minutes to the Rummelsburg depot (S3) and 15 minutes to Nöldnerplatz (S5; 7; 75). There are also buses everywhere here, but I don't use them, so - no plan for them.
You can also go shopping: Rewe, Netto, Lidl, DM, Rossmann, Kaufland (approx. 5-20 minutes on foot).
Yes, and if you like animals, we have a zoo here at the zoo.

DEUTSCH:
Ich studiere Informatik, habe einen 20 Stunden Job, habe ein Ehrenamt bei der Berliner Stadtmission und bin ein aktives Mitglied der Psychedelic Community hier in Berlin. Da organisieren wir Panels, Talks und Meetings rund um das Thema Psychedelika und Bewusstseinserweiterungen (ab und zu schmeißen wir auch mal ne Party). :) Also wäre es schön, wenn du dafür auch zumindest offen wärst.
Außerdem fänd ich’s nice, wenn du selbstverantwortlich für dein Leben sorgst und vielleicht in irgendeiner Form ein gestalterisches Mitglied der Gesellschaft bist, ich denke einfach, dass das bestimmte Charaktereigenschaften ausbildet, mit denen ich eher klar komme. Jemand, der 24/7 stoned in seinem Zimmer abgammelt, bringt aus der Erfahrung nach eher nicht die Stärke mit, die meinem Vibe standhalten kann.
Ansonsten muss man gucken, was die Zeit bringt. Ich denke, wir müssen nichts forcieren, wenn sich eine Freundschaft herausbildet - cool, wenn wir nur WG-Buddies sind - auch fein! :)
Ansonsten gibt’s vielleicht noch zu sagen, dass ich HipHop sozialisiert bin :D Each one teach one und an diesem Tisch wird nicht gelogen!
ENGLISCH:
I study computer science, have a 20 hour job, volunteer at the Berliner Stadtmission and am an active member of the psychedelic community here in Berlin. We organize panels, talks and meetings on the subject of psychedelics and awareness-raising (from time to time we also throw a party). :) So it would be nice if you were at least open to it.
I also think it's nice if you take care of your life independently and are maybe in some form a creative member of society, I just think that this develops certain character traits with which I get along better. Someone who is stoned 24/7 in their room tends to not have the strength to withstand my vibe from experience.
Otherwise you have to see what the time brings. I think we don't have to force anything if a friendship develops - cool, if we're only flat-share buddies - also great! :)
Additionally I might say that I am socialized in HipHop: D Each one teach one and there is no lying at this table!

Das Mietverhältnis würde am 01.02.2022 beginnen.
Du kommst dann mit in den Hauptmietvertrag.
Am 04.01.2022 muss ich der Verwaltung Bescheid geben, wer hier einzieht, bis dahin müsstest du dich schon mal im Portal des Studentenwerks angemeldet haben, aber das können wir dann auch noch persönlich besprechen.
Da einige Leute spontan absagen mussten, würde ich ebenfalls spontan noch mal Besichtigungen anbieten, also sag Bescheid, ob du noch kurzfristig vorbeikommen kannst :)

The lease would begin on February 1, 2022.
You will then be included in the main lease.
On January 4th, 2022 I have to let the administration know who is moving in here, by then you have to have registered in the student union portal, but we can then discuss that personally.
Since some people had to cancel spontaneously, I would also spontaneously offer viewings again, so let me know if you can come over at short notice :)
