Hello all!
I am going to be subleasing my bedroom in my beautiful flat for the month of August and then in September my third of the contract will be available likely until the end of February.
My room is about 24m (4m wide, 6m long and over 2m in height). It has two huge lovely windows with morning light and two radiators. There are doors in my bedroom connected to the room next to it, however they are blocked off for privacy.
The warm rent is 515 and includes everything. The deposit is 1000.
At the moment I have quite a lot of furniture I will not be needing to take to my new flat and would be keen on selling it on to you at a decent price. I can leave just about everything but the mattress and a bookshelf so please let me know what you would be interested in taking over in the photos.
Outside of my bedroom the kitchen and bathroom have been recently renovated, as we are the first people in the flat to use them, and then both of my flatmates bedrooms.
So, for getting the flat we’d like to have one meeting where you can see the flat and meet my flatmates. Then, we’re just going to have the person we select have a quick call with our landlord. For the month of August you’ll have a sublease contract with me and for Sept. 1 you’ll sign a new lease with my flatmates. As of right now it looks like we’ll have the flat until the end of Feb. As for documentation please have a form of income, passport, residence permit, and a Schufa (solicitar ahora) if you have it.
If you’ve read down to here message me your favorite color and let me know your thoughts with the flat.
Rummelsberg station (S3) is about five minutes walk, Noldnerplatz is about 7 minutes, and Ostkreuz is about 12. There's also a tram line about 5 minutes away. There are plenty of grocery stores around here in ten minutes or under as well.
As for my flatmates, and your new potential flatmates, you’d be living with Paco and Ezra. Paco and Ezra are both in their mid-20s, finishing up their masters degrees, and speak English, Spanish, and middle-level German. Paco is from Mexico and, I believe, is studying international relations and works at Gorillaz. Ezra is from Peru, studying European studies and works at a vegan fast food shop.
