Room in an apartment with 2 cats. Age, gender or nationality is irrelevant. The Owner and her partner are both artists and require to travel a few times per year. Unfortunately the cat has to stay, so we need a person that has cat experience!
In short the flat is partly WG ( 2 rooms) Basic furniture will be provided. The tram M8 is just outside 20m from the front door . The flat is located in a relative quiet area near Queen Elisabeth Hospital.
Make sure you understand that you will need cat experience. You will have to spend some time with them and allow them to come to your room. You will also make sure they- eat as scheduled and also change the litter box twice a week. they are very easy cats.
The contract is for 1 year ( possibly longer )
The House is located about 20 min from Mitte Rosa Luxemburg with M8 Tram ( 20 meter from Front Door)
Nearest supermarket. 500m, or Asian Market 300m
Owner and Partner Share flat with 2 WG . The tenants must have cat experience or a love for cats. They will only require to feed the cat/ change litter when the Owner is traveling ( on average 2-4 months every year) All cost regarding cat care will be provided by the owner .
