Das super helle Zimmer ist für die nächsten 8 Monate befristet. Es ist unmöbliert. Das Zimmer geht nach Westen zum ruhigen Hinterhof. Zu deinem Zimmer können wir uns noch ein weiteres Zimmer teilen, zum Abstellen von Sachen (siehe Foto kleines Zimmer extra).
The sunny room is going to be for the next 8 month. It is unfurnished. The windows are facing west into a very quiet backyard. If you want we can share another small room to store some stuff (see photo of the small room).
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Lage mit einem kleinen Park gegenüber. In 3 min. Entfernung ist ein Supermarkt. Die Station Berlin-Lichtenberg mit S-Bahn und U5 ist 10 min. entfernt. Zwei Stationen vom Ring entfernt. Es ist nicht weit zum Landschaftspark Herzberge oder zur Rummelsburger Bucht.
The apartment is located in a quiet nice neighbourhood. The next supermarket is only 3 min. away. The station Berlin-Lichtenberg with S-Bahn and U5 is 10 min by walk. Two stations out from the Ringbahn. Not far away there is the sweet Landschaftspark Herzberge or the Rummelsburger Bucht.
Ich bin gerade erst in die Wohnung eingezogen und liebe sie. Super hell und sehr ruhig. Ich bin selbständige Restauratorin für zeitgenössische Kunst und überwiegend außer Haus. Sonst gehe ich super viel Klettern und bin gerne draußen. Ich koche gerne und würde mich über gemütliche Gesellschaft freuen.
I just moved into this amazing place and I love it. It is super bright and very quiet. I am a freelancer and work as a conservator for contemporary art. I will be mostly gone during the day. I love climbing and like it to be in the nature. I like cooking a lot and I would be happy being joined by some nice company.

It is highly possible the rent will reise in the winter time up to 475 a month because of the increasing gas price. We will see.
