Zimmer Frei in Lichtenrade, Berlin. Es ist ein zimmer in ein 5er WG mit nette leute; studenten, selbstandiger, und praktikants. Wir haben eine grosse Garten wo wir viel gearbeitet haben...auch mit Lagerfeuer ;) , eine grosses gemeinsames wohnzimmer, kuche, ein esszimmer, und zwei bade zimmer. Wir sprechen Englisch und Deutsch.
Wir sind ruhig, geputzt, und chill. Wochenenden haben wir manchmal grosse feiertage....machen wir grillen mit freunden. Du und deine freunden sind auch eingeladen.
Wir suchen auch eine ruhige, geputzt, und chille mitbewohner wieleicht langer in ein 20qm zimmer wohnen wollen.

Room Open in Lichtenrade, Berlin! Month to Month Contact without Limit!
Hey everyone! We are a community house in Lichtenrade, a suburban area of Berlin. The room is one of five rooms in the house on the ground floor with windows facing south. The people here are really nice; students, interns, artists, and freelancers. We are 5 stops south of Südkreuz along the S2 so it doesn't take so long to get into the center of the city (about 25 minutes). The house has a huge garden where we grow some veggies, a big living room with guest bedroom, comfortable dining area, kitchen, two bathrooms. We speak both English and German.
We are chill, clean, and energetic. On weekends we like to celebrate, maybe make a grill with friends, chill in the garden with the sun. We are open to having you and your friends also invited to a garden party :)
So we are searching for someone who is also chill, clean, and energetic. Someone who would like to live with us for a longer time.
The room itself is furnished with bed, desk, and dresser. 20sqm, south facing windows with lots of sun, comes with internet, TV, and all energy costs included. Rent is 420 EU!
