I am travelling and l am subletting my room from the 13th of December 2021 to the 13th of April 2022. You will be sharing the apartment with my very nice male German (33) housemate and his sweet little son (3) who comes 3 times a week. The room is very quiet which, including the large built-in wardrobe, has 12 square meters (approx. 9 square meters without a closet). The room is equipped with a 90 * 200cm day bed (plus mattress). The day bed can be used as a comfortable sofa during the day. There is also a desk in the room. The built-in closet is so big that you can put all your things there. The bathroom has both a shower and a bathtub. There is also a washing machine there.
The kitchen is fully equipped (except for a dishwasher) and offers seating for several people. The nursery is at the other end of the apartment. So you don't notice anything from the (normally quiet) child.
The apartment is extremely conveniently located. The Lichterfelde Ost train station is a two-minute walk away. With the Regio, which runs several times an hour, you are at Potsdamer Platz in 10 minutes and at the main train station in 13 minutes. The S25 and S26 as well as numerous buses also run there. It is a good 10 minutes by car to the FU.
In addition, the shopping opportunities are very good. The Lio shopping center is practically right in front of the door. There are among others Rewe, Aldi, Rossmann, C&A, a hairdresser and various bakers.
Twice a week (Wed and Sat) there is a market on Kranoldplatz, which is around the corner.
Because you will be sharing the apartment with a child (3 days a week), it is important that you are clean, respectful of the space and have little experience with children. Unfortunately, Anmeldung is not possible since this is only for a short term stay.
