Ein 16 qm Zimmer in einer 4er WG ist ab sofort frei. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten, durch die großen Fenster sehr hell und hat einen schönen Holzboden. Als einziges Möbelstück ist eine Schlafcouch drin, die gerne umsonst übernommen werden kann. Es gibt zwei Bäder, wobei das kleinere davon quasi nicht benutzt wird. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht, außer einer Mikrowelle. Es wird ein einmaliger Abschlag von 85 Euro für Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine fällig.

A 16 sqm room in a shared flat of 4 is available immediately. The room is bright and has a nice wooden floor. There are two bathrooms in the flat but the smaller one is basically not used. The kitchen has everything you need except for a microwave. You will have to make a one-time payment for a fridge and washing machine that are in the flat.
Eine Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor der Tür. Von dort kommt man auch schnell zur U (Alt-Mariendorf) und S Bahn (Priesterweg). Dadurch ist man auch sehr schnell im Stadtzentrum (20 min).
There's a bus stop right outside from where you can also quickly get to subway and S Bahn stops. Also going downtown takes only about 20 min.
Deine neuen Mitbewohner heißen Klaudio, Mahmoud und Omar und sind drei super angenehme Leute, die ruhig und hilfsbereit sind. Die Stimmung in der WG ist immer gut, auch wenn alle oft mit arbeiten/studieren beschäftigt sind.
Your new flatmates will be Klaudio, Mahmoud and Omar, three really nice guys who are calm and helpful. The atmosphere is always good even if everyone is usually busy studying or working.
