the apartment is on the first floor of a newly renovated house, is 16 sqm circa and face the inner courtyard of the building which makes it very quiet and also cool during summer. I will live all the furniture as in the picture.
The room it's in Mariendorf, it's 15 sqm and in the vicinities, you'll have: a pool (3 min walk), basically every grocery store
(netto, aldi, penny, free, edeka )in a 10 min walk. well connected with busses coming every 5-10 min, and going all night (although with less frequency). also in a 10 minutes radius you will find various restaurants and convenience store as well as 2 very beautiful parks. Tempelhof is also within 20 minutes by bus
You'll be sharing the house (not the room) with another person, Valerio, from Italy, a graphic and character designer and a very clean and easy-going person, who likes arts and music of mostly every genre.
the price is 340€ warm, plus 200€ deposit which will be given back at the and of the period of your stay. The anmeldung is unfortunately not possible.
