Das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, allerdings schafft man es, das wichtigste unterzubringen und es sich schön zu machen :)
Es hat viel Sonne und zusätzlich bist du natürlich eingeladen, das Wohnzimmer genau so zu nutzen wie ich!
Die Wohnung liegt nicht weit vom Ubahnhof Westphalweg. Mit der Bahn ist tatsächlich viel in schnell erreichbarer Nähe: Ringbahn ca 10min, Neukölln über Mehringdamm ca 30min
(ENGLISH BELOW - GAY, sexpositive, 420friendly Household) Ich bin Marvin, arbeite in einem betreuten Wohnen und studiere Teilzeit Psychologie an der HU. Ich bin 33, erst vor kurzem hier her gezogen und bin also auch noch dabei mich in der neuen Umgebung zurechtzufinden. Ich bin gerne unterwegs, wenn es die Zeit und der Lockdown mal wieder zulässt und hab gerne Freunde zu Hause. Es ist am Wochenende nicht immer super leise, ich bin auch nicht besonders lärmempfindlich, allerdings haben wir natürlich Nachbarn und sollten es auch nicht übertreiben. Aus meinen wilden Jahren bin ich raus, aber ab und zu brauch ich bisschen Action. Ich bin absolut kein Pedant, eher das Gegenteil meistens, aber bisschen Grundordnung und abwechselnd einmal die Woche alles saugen und wischen muss drin sein. Ich bin liebenswert und offen für die unterschiedlichsten Menschen und Lebensentwürfe (Rassisten haben es hier allerdings schwer, sorry Bro/sis 🤷🏻♂️), es muss nur klick machen. Ich hab gemerkt, dass ich nicht so gut mit prüden Leuten klarkomme im Zusammenwohnen. Ich finde jeder muss sich wohl fühlen und sich dabei frei entfalten dürfen. Ich liebe es zu kochen, zu backen, mache drag, singe gern...und und.. und freue mich auf offene,nette Menschen. :)
I am Marvin, working in assisted living and studying Part time Psychology at HU. I am 33, just moved here and still try to find my way around Mariendorf. I like to be outside with friends partying (if time and lockdown allow) and have friends over at my place. So especially in the Weekends it will not be super quiet. I am no Pedant at all but a little ground Order has to be there. I am loving Person whos open for a lot of different people and living ideas (no racists tho, sorry bro/sis) there just has to be a click. I just noticed cause i am a sexpositive Person i dont tend to work well with prude people. Everybody has to feel at home that means i dont care who is with i doing what in ur room and if its loud i hope u enjoy! I love baking, cooking, singing, i do drag and yes a lot more. Happy to hear from nice people!
