I am giving away my beloved bright and very big room from 01.12.2023 maybe earlier..
The room is very spacious that it feels like a studio. The room will only have a bed and a table. all other furnitures will be taken away
The flat is 2 store apartment , your room will be in the first floor of the flat, there is a living room space outside the room, a guest bathroom and the kitchen. The main bathroom is upstairs, along the other 3 rooms of your flatmates.
The atmosphere of the apartment is very calm, as well as the building as it is a family oritented neighbourhood. so no house parties and loud noise.
If you are a resident in Berlin and planning to stay for a long time, this is your place.
Only serious people will be taken into consideration.
Please write couple of sentences about what you do in Berlin and if you want to take the apartment for a long time, let us get to know you :)

S2 is also 7 min away by a bus.
There is a bakery downstairs in the ground floor of the building.
Edeka is 5 stops away by a bus.
Deutsche Post is also in the ground floor of the building.
A turkish Market is 2 stops away by bus or a walking distance of 10 min walk.
you will share the flat with one female and two males, they are all doing home office or online studying, they are also very friendly and helpful if you need something. the Flat is very quiet, we take cleaning very seriously as everyone has part of the house that they are responsible for and we expect you to respect that as well.
